Agreement of rental brokerage
Conditions of agreement between HomeinThailand and the owner of the house/apartment.
HomeinThailand.eu organises rental of the object of the owner via the Web Portal homeinthailand.eu. The holiday apartment will be leased through the Internet based service and the customer base cannot be limited.
It is on the responsibility of the owner to supply all necessary information and photos of the apartment to the webmaster of HomeinThailand.eu ´before the object will be active on the web. The owner of the holiday apartment is obliged to keep the rental object clean and tidy and to take care of maintenance regarding furniture and fittings, interior textiles and home appliances and other equipment including checking their condition and possible renewal. The owner will be charged for urgent maintenance work unless the owner has not appointed a contact person/company to handle such matters.
HOMEINTHAILAND is not responsible or liable to compensate for the damage that has been caused to the electric devices in the apartment before, during or after the tenant’s visit. Nor can we take responsibility of the general functionality of these devices.
These equipment include such as:
Air condition, stove, washing machine, dish washer, micro wave, oven, fridge, freezer,TV,Video/DVD-Player, stereo
The owner will be supplied with a booking calendar, which shows the reservation dates of the apartment or the apartments. The owner is not allowed to change the dates, when a third party/tenant has booked the apartment. If the owner has left dates open in the calendar and the tenant would like to rent the apartment the owner is obliged to lease the apartment. HomeinThailand.eu will agree on rental only regarding the dates, which the owner has marked as available for general rental in the calendar. The owner should always check if the apartment is free before he lets it on his own or makes an own reservation. The reservation situation is always visible in the booking calendar. In case of a mistake the tenant has always first hand right to rent the owner’s holiday apartment.
