Agent’s commission
If the owner would like to require service regarding keys and final inspection the commission of HomeinThailand will be 20 % of the rental amount. If the owner has agreed with his/her own service staff the commission will be 15 % of the rental amount. In that case the owner must appoint a reliable contact person/manager to deliver the keys and to take care of final cleaning including checking the gas, electricity and water meters at the final inspection. In case the contact person appointed by the owner does not fulfil these duties HomeinThailand.eu is entitled to use the rental amount to provide a new holiday apartment for the tenant’s use. After payment of the booking fee the tenant will get a payment schedule – the final instalment is due at least 30 days before estimated arrival. If the first day of the rental period is closer than 30 days the total rental amount will be charged at the time of reservation.
HomeinThailand.eu will charge a booking fee in connection with the reservation and deduct the commission from this amount. The rest will be transferred to the bank account of the owner in Thailand as soon as the tenant has paid the full rental amount, arrived to the object and the apartment is handed over to the tenant. The owner decides the rental level for the holiday apartment, but to secure a good rate of bookings HomeinThailand.eu readily assists in surveying the correct rental fee of the apartment.
