Chonburi
Sri Racha is a district in Chonburi Province, east of Bangkok. Koh Loy Sri Racha is on Thesaban Road, north of Sri Racha market. It is a tiny island close to Sri Racha Beach, linked to the land by a bridge. On the island is a public park and a Sea Turtle Garden. The island is a superb place for relaxation and offers good view of Sri Racha beach. There is also a pier from which one can board a boat to Koh Sichang (another island nearby).
Pattaya
Pattaya is located 147 kilometers southeast of Bangkok. Pattaya is famous for its beautiful beaches, first class and all kinds of hotels, guest houses, superb sea food, restaurants, sports and water sports, souvenir shops, museum, open-air bars, beer bars, discotheques, cabaret shows, night spots entertainment, and many other interesting places nearby
Rayong
Just a few hours from Bangkok, Rayong has pleasant beach resorts and the ever-popular Koh Samet island, a weekend getaway from the heat and dirt of the city. Rayong’s biggest attraction is Koh Samet, a typically tropical paradise, where leafy trees shade white beaches with turquoise waters. There are plenty of cheap bungalows and restaurants on the island; perhaps too many on Hat Sai Kaew and Ao Wong Deuan, but the other east coast beaches are still relatively peaceful. Ao Hin Kho and Ao Pai are among the many other choices. The boat to Koh Samet leaves from Ban Phe, 25 km from Rayong town.
Cha-Am
As most foreign beachgoers choose to stay at nearby Hua Hin, Cha-am is very much a Thai resort. 178 km from Bangkok, it is quiet on weekdays, busier on weekends and bustling on holidays. With no real center, the town stretches along the length of the white-sand beach, said to be Thailand’s longest
Hua Hin
Hua Hin is one of Thailand's most popular resort destinations because of its combination of old traditions and today's modern conveniences. The first to settle here where families from neighbouring Petchaburi around 1830. They found the sea rich with fish and a fertile soil and soon these first buildings developed into a busy fishing village. Descendants of these first settlers are still living in the old quarter that forms the center of today's Hua-Hin. The name of this village was Laem Hin and was changed to Hua Hin by a member of the Royal family in 1911.
Koh Samui
Beaches in Samui - Hat Chaweng and Hat Lamai are Samui's most beautiful and most popular beaches. Both have a huge selection of places to stay, and prices rise from December to July.
Phuket
Thailand’s largest island is a wonderland of wildlife and rainforest fringed by white sand beaches with some of the world’s premier resorts. Of course, Phuket’s limestone cliffs and palm-fringed tropical beaches are its biggest attractions.
