This agreement consists of terms and conditions regarding the use of HOMEINTHAILAND.EU net service. By using the HOMEINTHAILAND.EU net service the user has accepted the terms and conditions and committed to follow them.

The information available in the form or regarding all apartments to let has been provided by the owners. Every owner is personally responsible for the content and updating of the information.

HOMEINTHAILAND.EU carries no responsibility for the correctness of information in each single advertisement. Possible disputes or conflicts as a consequence of a property deal are to be solved by the parties; HOMEINTHAILAND.EU disclaims all responsibility.

HOMEINTHAILAND.EU carries no responsibility for possbile damages or losses, which occur on account of the information content in our texts or as a result of possible mistakes and omissions in the text.

Responsibility of the system functionality

Service provider is not responsible for the functionality of the System or interruptions caused by technical flaws, maintenance or installations, telecommunications interferences and the possible changing or disappearance of data caused by these. For its part the service provider strives to keep the internet faultless.

Data security

Service provider aims to take care that the Service fulfills reasonable data security demands, but is not liable for any damage to the Customers caused by data security shortcomings or data security risks such as viruses.

Force Majeure

Following matters must be considered as force majeure, if they obstruct the fulfilling of the contract or make it unreasonably difficult: strike and all other matters that the agreeing parties can’t have an affect on, such as unexpected incidents on the work force, fire, war, confiscation, currency restrictions, uprising or disturbance in telecommunications and/or in internet traffic. The agreeing party is released from its obligations and its duty to pay compensations for the duration of action of the force majeure.

The existence, reason and the expiry of the force majeure must be promptly informed to the other party by email or otherwise in writing. The service provider may also inform of the force majeure on its www-pages related to the service.

Dissolving the Contract

Both parties have a right to dissolve the contract, if the other party is considered to have violated the terms essentially, and if this party has not rectified its action within 7 days after receiving a notice. HOMEINTHAILAND.EU has a right to dissolve the contract to end immediately.
